Water-Based Epoxy Primer is an essential first step for achieving excellent adhesion and performance in an epoxy quartz flooring system. It provides superior bonding strength, moisture tolerance, and a durable base for subsequent coating layers.

Technical Data:

• Mix Ratio: 1 Part A : 2 Part B (by weight)

• Mix Time: 3 minutes

• Working Time: 40 minutes @ 25°C

• Initial Cure Time: 1–2 hours @ 25°C

• Full Cure Time: 4–6 hours @ 25°C

• Hardness: Shore D 80 (after 24 hours)

• Coverage: 0.8–1.0 kg/m²

Application:
Apply evenly onto the prepared substrate using a roller or squeegee. Ensure full surface coverage and avoid puddling.
